You lead the plan-do-check-act (PDCA) process of the site quality management system and report results to the quality section manager.

**How you will contribute**

You will support elements of the site’s quality system, including internal documentation and change management control including quality policies amendments and registration of internal and external documentation, internal audits, effective PDCA cycles and CAPA system management and management review. In addition, you will coordinate the eQCMS bi-annual review, handle consumer complaints from start to finish, and serve as a key contact for food regulatory agency inspection and contacts management.

**More about this role**

**What you need to know about this position**:

- Managing Mondelez Quality policies for the site CAPA, Traceability, Documentation and trainings system
- Handling Consumer Complaints E2E
- Managing the plant Internal and External audits agenda for the plant
- Work closely with regional quality teams and Plant teams to review and submit plant KPIs
- Core member in IL6S program for the site Enhancing partnership with our suppliers through supplier development programs and other SWPs to improve site performance and efficiency
- Raising Core team capabilities towards quality policies through knowledge transfer programs, training plans and skill matrix.
- Driving continuous compliance of the plant to ISO 9001:2015, FSSC v5.1, NFSA, EOS and national regulatory requirements and international requirements of countries within export scope.
- Enhancing product quality through CTQ & CTPs programs implementation governance.

**Education / Certifications**:
Bachelor's Degree ideally in Pharmacy/Biology/Agriculture or Chemical Engineering

**Job specific requirements**:

- 1-2 years of relevant experience
- Solid background on ISO 9001:2015 & FSSC v5 requirements
- Certification in Six Sigma, Statistical Process Control or Qualification in Manufacturing Standards are favorable.
