- Develop and implement comprehensive landscape plans and designs.
- Oversee landscape installation and construction projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget.
- Manage and supervise landscape maintenance crews, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
- Procure and manage landscape materials, equipment, and resources.
- Develop and implement sustainable landscaping practices.
- Manage landscape budgets and financial performance.
- Ensure compliance with local landscaping regulations and permits.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and contractors.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Horticulture, Landscape Architecture, or related field.
- Proven experience in landscape management and supervision.
- Strong knowledge of plant materials, soil conditions, and irrigation systems.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to read and interpret landscape plans and drawings.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Proficiency in landscape design software (if applicable).
