**Overview of the role**:To ensure the smooth flow of merchandise from the warehouse to the sales floor in order to maintain customer satisfaction to the highest standard.

**What you will do**:
**OPERATIONAL IN-BOUND**
- Prepare all documents related to in-bound deliveries.
- Ensure the quantity of items received is matching the items in the packing list and are in good condition.
- Stage items in the designated areas in order to replenish them.
- Ensure the availability of tools (hand-held scanners and PC) to perform daily tasks.
- Manage the waste in the working areas.
- Ensure the company SOPs are being followed.

**OPERATIONAL OUT-BOUND**
- Ensure sales locations in the warehouse are stocked properly.
- Pick and prepare customer orders.
- Merchandise the warehouse goods in the most efficient way.
- Ensure smooth communication with other departments regarding in-deliveries.

**What you will need**:

- 1-2 years similar experience
