Site Senior Architect

Responsibilities**:

- Monitor and supervise the project execution process on-site to ensure that the task is completed within the stipulated time frame, in an orderly and cost-effective way, and in line with the approved design and quality standards.
- Ensuring that all materials utilized and work completed are in accordance with requirements, as well as overseeing material selection and procurement.
- Coordinate with the contractor and client on any matters relevant to the drawings, plans, schedules, and difficulties in order to resolve all issues as quickly as possible.

Monitor progress against the project plan and keep the client informed, taking prompt corrective action if necessary.
- Conduct quality checks on completed work to ensure that all standards and specifications are met.

Regularly supervise the site; attend to all technical and engineering difficulties, additional manpower requirements, drawing revisions, and so forth in an efficient and timely manner, reaching quality standards.
- Participates in the site management team.
- Communicating with any consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors, or other project participants.
- Liaison with clients and their representatives, including attendance at frequent meetings to bring them up to date on developments.
- Acting as the principal technical adviser for all fit-out concerns.
- Dealing with any unanticipated technical difficulties or other issues that may emerge.
**Job Requirements**:

- A bachelor's degree in interior design or architectural engineering is required.
- Minimum 15 years of experience.
- Working on large-scale fit-out projects that need the use of high-end finishing materials and equipment. In-depth understanding of all aspects of interior design.
- Prior expertise with turnkey interior execution is preferred.
- Previous experience completing high-end interior designs for hospitality projects is required.
- Proficient in English. Writing and speaking
- Strong command of all applicable contract and legal terms, as indicated by excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Creativity and the skills to handle several activities and projects at the same time.
- Use sound judgement and decision-making, be proactive and anticipate client requirements, recognize problem areas effectively, and negotiate and mediate when required to resolve concerns.
