**Position Purpose**
- Provide anticipatory service of the highest standard to all guests.
- Provide superior wellness treatments and classes a la cart to guests.
- Be available to assist and serve guests in the Spa.
- Maintain a clean, safe and well-organized spa environment through consistent monitoring of the entire Spa.
- Embody the Eleven standard by exceeding guest expectations in all areas of service.
- Work tirelessly to execute the Eleven mission through supporting the Eleven operations team and stepping up to complete all tasks that need to be done.
- Work to further the Eleven product by questioning operational norms, proposing solutions and striving to innovate and streamline the Eleven operation in Iceland.

**Responsibilities/Duties/Functions/Tasks**
- Embrace all Eleven standards and values both within the workplace as well as when out in the community.
- Provide Eleven Experience’s guests with esthetic services.
- Provide the highest standard of massage, health and hygiene to Eleven clients.
- Deliver daily wellness classes to guests.
- Maintain the Eleven standards throughout the spa.
- Make sure the Spa is always guest-facing.
- Supervise the spa act as a role model on the team, demonstrating the high standards of guest service and treatment protocol.
- Ensure knowledge of all spa services, products and treatments so that you can train and work alongside other spa therapists.
- Comply with all company health and safety procedures, as well as general company rules and regulations.
- Have the confidence and skill set to reflect the standards and values of the company.
- Be on hand to deal with any guests' issues or complaints.
- Conduct daily checks throughout the whole spa to ensure it's clean, tidy and well stocked with products and provisions.
- Learn to follow standard operating procedures (SOP’s in PPM/PLM) to consistently deliver the Eleven product.
- Actively communicate any Spa related issues to the onsite management team.
- Keep stock of of products and supplies in the Spa.
- Responsible for the utility room and the snack bar in the spa - manage all linen and towels and make sure both rooms are stocked appropriately.
- Help manage and maintain the interior and exterior of the Deplar Spa and elsewhere when needed. This will include cleaning, snow removal, general maintenance, landscaping, upkeep of all equipment, and attention to decor. Actively work to recognize what maintenance needs to be completed and communicate to the appropriate team members.
- Work with the Grounds and Housekeeping manager to make sure the pool and all equipment in the spa is up to par and functioning properly.
- Conduct testing and checks on all spa equipment and amenities such as sauna, steam, isopods, etc. and notify maintenance staff of any maintenance issues.
- Assist and support lodge staff if time allows and as much as needed.
- Operate and fully understand in-house technology systems such as Crestron, Lutron, AppleTV, PPM/PLM etc. and embrace new technologies when necessary.

****Must currently be legally cleared to work and live in Iceland**

**Qualifications**
- Massage Therapy certification and qualifications.
- Able to perform 4-6 wellness treatments a day.
- Additional specialized wellness skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Ability to roll with changes and needs of a quickly growing and expanding company.
- Excellent English language skills, both written and verbal.
