**The Role**:
We are searching for a passionate and skilled **Math Instructor** to join our growing team remotely You will play a key role in making math engaging and accessible for kids by leading interactive and dynamic virtual classes. Your efforts will inspire students to embrace problem-solving and analytical thinking through our creative and supportive platform.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead engaging virtual math classes tailored to students aged 7-18, covering topics from foundational concepts to more advanced problem-solving techniques.
- Use interactive tools and methods to create a fun and dynamic learning environment that keeps students motivated.
- Provide timely and constructive feedback to help students improve their math skills.
- Track student progress and adapt lesson plans to meet individual learning needs.
- Collaborate with the curriculum development team to ensure materials are effective and engaging.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in English.
- A degree or current pursuit of a degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related field.
- Prior experience teaching, mentoring, or tutoring students, ideally in a virtual setting.
- Familiarity with interactive teaching tools or platforms is a HUGE PLUS.
- A genuine passion for mathematics and working with kids.
