Pearls Construction LLC is hiring a full-time construction scheduler/planner

**Experience**:
Good command of Primavera P6 (Microsoft project is a plus)

1-3 years of experience in the planning field

Fluent English speaking and writing skills

Strong communication skills

Job Responsibilities:
1. Reviewing and understanding project drawings and specs.

2. Generating Cost and Resource loaded detailed baseline schedules, reflecting the entire scope including but not limited to: permits, pre-construction submittals and approvals, procurement of long-lead items, mobilization, construction, and close-out.

3. Creating what-If scenarios for the logic assigned in each baseline.

4. Updating Schedules periodically.

5. Communicating with clients frequently throughout the baseline development process and the periodical updates.

6. Preparing delay analysis reports to claim for extensions of time.
