**What you will enjoy doing**:

- Receive shipments and ensuring it’s inspection, weight, safety and cleanliness.
- Train the shift leaders and workers on how to receive and ship products, also ensure the efficiency of the exchange process between the shifts.
- Validate products’ weights and highlight variances.
- Responsible for the reused carton boxes.
- Ensure the accuracy of reused products’ amounts in warehouse program daily and share them with customers monthly.
- Ensure the existence of the description cards of the company and activate their barcodes.
- Monitor samples and inspect returned products with Quality and
Production departments.
- Monitor the procedures of recycling if it’s needed.
- Make the required reports regarding the materials & aged stocks.
- Inspect the incoming & outgoing shipments’ permits.
- Responsible for signatures, quantity validation and filing after documenting any needed comments.
- Monitor the products receiving permits related to the suppliers with the Purchasing department and compare them with the actual permits in ALPLA Warehouse System.
- Responsible for monitoring the outgoing materials.
- Handle with the Purchasing team about the complaints related to the suppliers.
- Responsible for daily review of production plan and dispatch.
- Responsible for physical count (random, daily, monthly and annually)
- Follow the established floorplan of the warehouse and organize the products it depending on the products category.
- Supervise the external area of the warehouse and ensure the warehouse conditions are applied.
- May be required to perform other duties as assigned.

**What makes you great**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.
- Not less than 3 years of Experience in the same field.
- Ability to drive Forklift.
- Good English
- Good communication skills.
- Good command of Microsoft office (Excel,...)
