At the moment, whenever a transaction is processed on a POS terminal (payment card machine), physical retailers have no idea who the paying customer is, unless they use a loyalty program. Think of when you go to a supermarket and you pay by card, unless you go to a supermarket that has a loyalty program and you get your loyalty card out, the POS terminal doesn't tell the retailer if you're a new or returning customer, demographics, gender, etc. Unlike e-ecommerce, in physical retail customer identification always had to be a separate step because the payment terminal is not built to self-identify the paying customer. Hence, a plethora of valuable data is lost or underutilized. With Zeal's advanced Smart POS plugin, the company integrates with POS terminals globally to provide payment acquirers and ISVs with a unique differentiator for their POS terminals. **About The Role**:
As a Senior Graphic Designer, you'll play a crucial role in crafting visually compelling designs across various mediums, from digital platforms to print materials. Your responsibilities will involve leading design projects while maintaining effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders to ensure brand consistency. With your creative flair and technical expertise, you'll contribute to the overall success of marketing campaigns and branding initiatives. This position requires a strong blend of artistic talent, technical skills, and the ability to effectively communicate design concepts.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement innovative design concepts, graphics, and layouts for a variety of media, including social media content, marketing materials, corporate branding, and print designs.
- Work closely with the marketing team to create engaging graphics that resonate with our target audience on social media platforms.
- Lead the design and production of printed materials such as brochures, flyers, and corporate reports, ensuring they align with our brand's standards.
- Design and maintain a cohesive visual identity across all company materials and communications.
- Utilize 3D models, rendering, to create immersive visuals for both digital and print campaigns.
- Mentor junior designer, providing guidance and feedback to help them grow their skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in social media content creation, printed materials, corporate branding, and 3D graphics.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and 3D design software (Blender, Maya, or similar).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with team members and stakeholders.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to deliver fresh and innovative design solutions.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Experience in leading projects and collaborating with team members.
