**Job Description** Project Management**: Define project objectives, develop and manage team work schedules, and ensure timely delivery of milestones within the scope of time, resources, and budget.

**Infrastructure Scalability**: Design, build, and monitor scalable infrastructure to support growth, ensuring continuous performance and efficiency.

**AWS and Terraform Expertise**: Deploy, configure, and manage AWS infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform for efficient and automated deployments.

**Leadership and Mentorship**: Lead and collaborate closely with engineers to architect, design, and implement optimal technical solutions. Provide mentorship to foster professional growth within the team.

**CI/CD Pipeline Development**: Build and maintain Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines to automate service deployments and monitoring.

**AWS Identity and Access Management**: Manage AWS permissions, roles, and user access, ensuring security best practices.

**Database Management**: Oversee and maintain large-scale databases (e.g., MySQL) containing millions of records, ensuring high availability and performance.

**Backup and Disaster Recovery**: Implement and maintain backup systems, and develop disaster recovery strategies to ensure business continuity.
**Qualifications** Proficiency in DevOps Tools**: Experience with tools like Jenkins, Git, Docker, Kubernetes, Ansible, Terraform, and Helm.

**Cloud Platforms**: Deep knowledge of cloud services and platforms such as AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, or others.

**CI/CD Pipelines**: Experience designing, implementing, and managing CI/CD pipelines.

**Scripting and Automation**: Proficiency in scripting languages like Python, Bash, or PowerShell.

**Configuration Management**: Experience with configuration management tools like Puppet, Chef, or Ansible.

**Infrastructure as Code (IaC)**: Experience with IaC tools like Terraform or AWS CloudFormation.

**Monitoring and Logging**: Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, or Splunk.

**Version Control**: Proficiency with version control systems, particularly Git
