- Enterprise architect to assure alignment on solutions design and matching the architecture strategy in order to secure the investment returns.
- Business related stakeholders for business analysis support role to assess the feasibility of new initiatives, assess the feasibility, provide consultancy based on expert judgment and to assure that IT solution delivery will meet the business objectivise.
- Peers from delivery team to assure that proper design on place as a key accountable person on the solution design end to end.

Key accountabilities and decision ownership- Support service transition projects in architecture-compliant solution designs, effort-estimation, vendor selection and implementation approach
- Own and maintain the Application Lifecycle Management tool

Core competencies, knowledge and experience- Deep understanding on contact centre solutions in terms of voice related technologies such as AVAYA, Genesys, Cisco and others
- Deep understanding of end to end solution design and practicing it with end to end responsibility and awareness of architecture frameworks such as TOGAF, COBIT, ITIL and eTOM
- Experience working for a large scale global communication service provider or IT organisation

Must have technical / professional qualifications:
- Technical Degree
- 4+ years’ experience in infrastructure architecture
