**JOB PURPOSE**:

- Relationship manager is a professional who works to improve the bank’s relationships with customers.
- Relationship management is generally divided into two fields; customer relationship management (CRM) and business relationship management (BRM).
- Both fields share the common goal of facilitating good relationships so the business maximizes the value of its relationship s and maintain a good reputation overall.
- **MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACOUNTABILITIES**
- Identify expansion opportunities with existing clientele base to achieve portfolio growth.
- Closely monitor Past Dues Report, and take any required action, after consulting with Unit Head, and strictly adhere to EG Bank Credit, Legal policies.
- Marketing for the bank’s different products and services and select the best clients and attract their banking transactions regarding deposits and credit facilities.
