HR Generalist

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee recruitment efforts, including job postings, resume screenings, interviews, and hiring.
- Facilitate onboarding processes and new hire orientations to ensure a smooth transition for new employees.
- Manage employee benefits and compensation programs, addressing queries and ensuring compliance.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that promote a collaborative workplace culture.
- Maintain comprehensive employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Support employees and managers with HR-related questions and problem resolution.
- Organize training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and careers.
- Assist in resolving workplace conflicts and promoting positive employee relations.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and HR best practices.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 2 years experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role.
- Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
- Familiarity with HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset.
