CEQUENS is seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Legal Counsel to join our legal team. As a Senior Legal Counsel, you will play a key role in providing expert legal advice, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, and managing legal risks.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide high-level legal advice and guidance to various departments within the organization.
- Handle complex legal matters, including mergers and acquisitions, partnerships, and strategic initiatives.
- Oversee corporate governance, compliance, and risk management activities.
- Draft and negotiate a wide range of contracts and agreements.
- Manage legal disputes and coordinate with external legal counsel when necessary.
- Stay updated on local and international laws and regulations that may impact the company's operations.
- Develop and implement internal legal policies and procedures.
- Mentor and support junior legal team members.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 7 years of legal experience, with a focus on corporate law.
- Strong knowledge of technology and telecommunications sectors.
- Experience in contract negotiation and management.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Adherence to high ethical standards.
- Law degree from a reputable university.
- License to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.

**Requirements**:
Minimum 7 years of legal experience, specializing in corporate law. Knowledge of technology and telecommunications sectors. Strong contract negotiation and management skills. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Adherence to high ethical standards. Law degree from a reputable university and license to practice law.
