**Strategic Planner**
Position Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Analysis and Planning:
- Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats.
- Develop and update the company's strategic plan, aligning it with market dynamics and company goals.
- Collaborate with senior management to define long-term vision and objectives.
2. Business Intelligence:
- Gather and analyze data from various sources to inform strategic decisions.
- Provide insights on competitors, market conditions, and technology advancements.
- Develop and maintain business intelligence dashboards and reports.
3. Stakeholder Engagement:
- Engage with key stakeholders across the organization to ensure alignment of strategic initiatives.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather inputs for strategy development.
- Present strategic proposals and progress updates to senior management and other stakeholders.
4. Project Management:
- Oversee strategic projects from conception to completion.
- Ensure projects align with the overall strategy and deliver the intended outcomes.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution of strategic initiatives.
5. Continuous Improvement:
- Monitor the implementation of strategic plans and adjust as necessary.
- Recommend improvements to existing processes and strategies.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and new strategic planning methodologies.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in strategic planning, business analysis, or a similar role within the IT sector.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with data analysis tools and methodologies.
- Ability to think creatively and innovatively.
Pay: E£1,500.00 - E£2,000.00 per month
