**What You'll Do**

In this role, you will lead customer-facing Engagements to design, implement, migrate, and optimize Cisco solutions. You’ll manage projects, gather customer requirements, and ensure solutions align with business and IT goals.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead on-site and remote technology sessions for design, implementation, and optimization.
- Collect requirements and deliver projects that meet critical business and IT objectives.
- Participate in pre-sales activities, translating business needs into solution designs.
- Develop and approve key project documents, including HLDs, LLDs, and change-management plans.
- Guide customers through technology transitions and influence solution architectures.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and support Professional Services goals.

**Minimum Requirements**
- CCIE Security or Equivalent knowledge
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Engineering, Support or Operations
- Proficient in networking protocols, security technologies, with deep expertise in Cisco Security Solutions including Firewalls and ISE.
- Able to analyze network traffic and identify potential security threats, as well as implement security measures to protect against those threats.
- Strong customer-facing and communications skills

**Preferred Requirements**
- Experience of designing complex Security Architectures
- Good problem-solving skills with solid understanding of the end-to-end IT process, including architecture, design & engineering, implementation, and operations.
- Has some knowledge of software programmability, automation, orchestration and/or virtualization with strong Python scripting experience

**Who You'll Work With**

You will work directly with our customers across the region and gain experience and exposure into their networks and working on active network security infrastructures, delivering business solutions and technology solutions from data center, security, mobility, and the cloud. Working within an extended multi-functional team including project manager's and account team members, and working with both internal and external teams, to come up with ways to optimize processes, and to improve productivity using automation wherever possible.
