**Job Purpose**
- Executes Quality Program defined for CCH Egypt to ensure safe and good quality of all products.
- Conducts qualitative and quantitative tests on raw materials, semi-finished and finished products as required.
- Implements Good Lab/Manufacturing/Warehouse Practices.
- Communicates and reports all data related to products safety and quality.

**MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILIETIES**
- Implements CCH Egypt’s Food Safety & Quality Management System.
- Supports and monitors the implementation of all Good Lab/Manufacturing/Warehouse Practices (cleaning and sanitizing processes - personal hygiene measures).
- Supervises the activities of technicians and workers.
- Carries out all required quality checks on the incoming materials (ingredients and packaging), semi-finished and finished products as required.
- Provides the required awareness for technicians and workers.
- Monitors and controls loading of FP and unloading of RM.
- Support in monitoring the pest control activities and reports.
- Adheres to all health and safety standards.
- Helps with the investigation of received complaints from DCs, Customers & Consumers.
- Analytical methods and tests:

- Executes Physio - chemical SOPs on raw materials, semi-finished and finished products.
- Executes utilities quality checks to control the quality of water.
- Supports in the execution of the calibration and maintenance plan for all lab equipment.
- Monitors, verifies quality results and CCPs readings.

**Reporting**
- Maintains all quality records on SAP on daily basis.
- Records quality results and CCPs readings.
- Supervises and implements daily classification of defected products & inventory of sales returns.

**Education**
Bachelor of Agriculture (Food Industries Section) / Science/ Vet. Medicine / pharmacy.

**Years of Experience**
0 - 2 Years.

**Technical Experience**:

- Beverage processing.
- HACCP awareness.
- Food safety QMS awareness.
- Report writing skills.
- Analytical thinking
