We are looking for a Procurement Specialist to join our team and help manage our organization’s procurement needs.

Procurement Specialist responsibilities include researching new suppliers, ensuring that all purchased products and materials meet our specifications, and negotiating with vendors as needed.

Ultimately, you will work with leaders in our organization to understand the needs of our organization and ensure we achieve our supply goals in a timely manner.

**Requirements**:
Assist in the roll out of a best in class F&B procurement function

Purchase the right product to be delivered on time for the best price.

Assist in streamlining the procurement process

Responsible for the procurement of raw materials (food and beverages) and packaging materials.

Ensure the implementation of the approved procurement policy.

Maintain an extensive supplier database covering all items purchased by the company.

Maintain an updated list of approved suppliers divided into the main supplier and the backup supplier.

Maintain an updated list of approved raw materials divided into a main item and a reserve item

Maintain an updated price list of all items purchased by the company.

Issuance of purchase orders

Negotiation of prices and payment terms with suppliers
