- Monitoring daily performance of unit price. coordinating with fund managers and ensuring the accuracy
of our daily movement reports
- Create key performance indicators for Investment Analyst & ensure that he/ she are aligned with it
- Ongoing process of researching Investment Market Opportunities to propose and recommend new
investment opportunities to the group with abidance to the investment guidelines.
- Review & Validate benchmark calculation by the Investment Analyst
- Ensure that the risk policies for the shareholders and the policyholders are meeting regulatory
requirements& Compliance
- Monthly reviewing the performance of fund managers for the outsourced investment and ensuring that
- Communicate required data to management
- Calculation of asset allocation VS strategic asset allocation
- Calculation portfolio duration
- Create investment plan with financial modeling in the light of cash flow projections
- Communicate with the group for compliance issues
- Calculate the portfolio return
- Provide Macroeconomic assumptions that analyzes its influence on AXA’s business model
- Handle internal & external audit investment requirements
- Participating in Consolidation of financial statements reported to AXA Group
- Participating in taking investment decisions related to AXA Portfolios of Shareholders

**Skills**:
**Technical & Soft Skills**:

- Bachelor degree of Business with Majors of Finance -Accounting -Economics.
- Preferably a previous experience in investment field.
- 4-7 years of experience in a similar field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Access, Excel.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organization skills, flexibility and the ability to set priorities.
- Time Management & Good negotiation skills.
- Detail Oriented
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Financial Modeling & Valuation Skills
- Leadership skills
- MBA is preferable or Master’s Degree in Finance/ Economics or CMA
