**Your Job**

**This role will be based in 10 th of Ramadan city, Sharqia Egypt.**

**What You Will Do
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process by partnering with hiring supervisors to understand their specific requirements.- Coordinate interviews and facilitate the offer closure process.
- Act as a trusted advisor to the business- Develop relationships with business leaders, hiring supervisors, and business HR partners to understand their business, key priorities and initiatives, and their short/long-term talent strategies.
- Provide hiring supervisors with coaching/guidance and best practices throughout the recruitment process aligned with Koch's selection philosophy
- Leverage data and market insights to sharpen sourcing strategies and inform compelling offer recommendations that enable attracting the right contribution-motivated talent.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Guardian/Koch to position them as an employer of choice on the Egyptian market
- Represent Guardian/Koch in local career fairs with universities and institutes to promote our brand and employment opportunities
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, compliance standards, and HR policies, providing necessary guidance throughout the selection process.

**Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Recruiting experience within a corporate and/or agency setting, with an emphasis on behavioral interviewing techniques.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills (coaching, influencing, collaboration on and off site)
- Fluent in English and Arabic.

- Experience interacting and working closely with leadership and cross-country recruiting teams.
- Proactivity to problem-solve complex recruiting situations and stakeholder coaching.
