**What you’ll do**:

- Role purpose:

- Understand business objectives and align AI and automation initiatives with organizational goals. Align AI and automation initiatives with organizational goals and strategic objectives.
- Act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure solutions meet operational needs.
- Develop, test, and deploy AI models and automation tools, ensuring scalability and performance.
- Utilize advanced tools and platforms to create innovative solutions.
- Monitor the performance of deployed systems and refine them to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Key accountabilities
- Design and implement AI and automation strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Assess business processes to identify areas for optimization through AI and automation technologies.
- Develop AI models and automation workflows using tools like RPA platforms, machine learn
- Lead end-to-end implementation of AI and automation projects, from requirements gathering to deployment.
- Identify inefficiencies in current workflows and propose solutions using AI and automation.

Knowledge and experience
- Strong understanding of AI concepts, including machine learning (ML), deep learning (DL), natural language processing (NLP), and computer vision.
- Expertise in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
- Proficiency in languages like Python, R, Java, or C++ for developing AI and automation solutions.
- Understanding of APIs and microservices for system integration.
- Understanding of business workflows and the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Must have technical / professional qualifications:

- B.Sc. of Engineering or Computer science
- Proven experience in IT Automation and software engineering, technical leadership skills with a strong focus on new technology streams
- Experience and awareness of telecom technology.
- Strong knowledge in Automation Tools
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies
