**What you’ll do**:
**Role Purpose**
- The main responsibility of the Radio Project Management Technical Lead is to manage large complex projects within the Radio Team, interacting with all technology departments, Business Stakeholders & Regulatory Teams, also to Plan and monitor all project costs and timescales and ensures management reporting and stakeholder engagement through consistent processes, as well as continuous process improvement based on lessons learned.
**Accountabilities, Competencies and KPI’s**
- Delivering programs and projects on time within agreed quality, while fulfilling the requirements and expectations agreed with stakeholders
- Ability to work independently with stakeholders across all areas of the business.
- Creating & managing Mobile Network annual projects calendar, updating it regularly & sharing it with concerned teams across Technology
- Strong communication and decision-making skills with the ability to work in a changing environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
- Background in portfolio management, product delivery and/or project management
- Strong organizational and co-ordination skills.
- Excellent presentation skills (communication as well as creation of slides / story telling)
- Facilitate key program meetings including management of agendas & content, pre-briefing stakeholders and recording and management of actions as well as ensuring that escalations are followed through and resolved
- Have Realistic approach to problem solving and issues
- Strong experience in engagement with Senior Leadership and other Stakeholders

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor of communication & electronics engineering is a must
- Masters degree in management/MBA/PMP/Agile certification is preferred
- Excellent English skills (verbal and written);
- Knowledge and experience of working in agile frameworks, SAFe, PMP, MSP or Prince2 are preferable
- High presentation Skills
- Risk management, political intelligence & negotiation skills
- High communication & interpersonal skills
