**Responsibilities**:

- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times. -Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Communicating with customers through various chats and tickets.
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
- Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints. -Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in graphic arts, design, communications, or related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in CS.
- Familiar with social media and live streaming apps.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Creative and innovative in work scope.
- Good in using Microsoft office.
- Fluent in English speaking and writing.
- Capable of working under pressure and willing to work with a flexible work schedule.
- Skilled in communication and good at handling problems.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, professional and efficient.
- Internet-related experience is preferred.

Salary 7k

**Salary**: Up to E£8,000.00 per month
