Communicating with worldwide counter parties, customers, internal departments in day-to-day operation.
- Arranging delivery orders on cash & LPO basis and segregating D/O handover shipments and customs clearance shipments.
- Checking documents to make sure documents are in order as per the customs requirements, monitor and coordinate with in house customs team.
- File creation, maintaining data quality in the system.
- Follow up - clearance shipments till the BOE getting approved, arranging papers for authority approvals when and if required.
- Arranging Port payments.
- Prepare papers for the deliveries followed by the necessary booking / updating.
- Follow up excise duty and FIRS from customer service for smooth deliveries.
- Coordinating with transporters for delivery arrangements of FLC & LCL and directly involving for monitoring until the Equipment’s / goods reach the clients premises.
- Obtaining approvals from the customers when required for special operation.
- Customer visits for make sure to keep the service standers.
- Keep records and pulling report when demanded.
- Fine knowledge with the DP system - manifesting, Delivery Order matters, Hauler nomination and amendments, BOE act.
- Handling DDU and DDP shipments.
- Preparing quotations based on client/agent requirements.
- Coordinating with agent rates and services to secure business.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Cairo: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
