- Description & RequirementsInfor Managed Services (IMS) team in Egypt is looking for Consultants with in-depth knowledge in one of more of the following industries: Financial, Manufacturing, Distribution, Food and Beverage, Fashion and/or Equipment Service and Rental (ESM&R), Supply Chain Management. If hired, you will be responsible for ensuring world class managed services support for IMS clients worldwide

A Day in The Life Typically Includes:

- Responsiveness to close customer requests/Incidents.
- Take preventive actions to avoid issues recurrence.
- Completing timesheets on timely manner.
- Comply with processes set by Service Operations Managers per contract.
- Complete all mandatory trainings on time.
- Coach, Mentor and support newcomers, early talents and interns.
- Help in transforming essential skills, technology and Industry knowledge.
- Participate in IMS initiatives.
- Actively helping with enhancements and adopting new tools.

What You Will Need:

- BSC of Business Informatics / Accounting / Engineering / Computer science.
- Strong business process understanding
- Familiarity on remote support models
- Knowledgeable in process analysis, design and documentation
- Excellent communication, presentation, organizational and planning skills
- Must be collaborative to work as a team member and as a liaison with customers
- Flexible to work on US, EMEA and/or APAC shifts when needed
