The Executive Secretary is responsible for providing secretarial, clerical and administrative support to the office Management in order to ensure that services are provided in an effective and efficient manner. The job listing is based in Downtown, Cairo. Duties include the following but not limited to: Answering and diverting calls Greeting and Receiving guests, clients and personnel Managing day-to-day operations Organizing and maintaining files and records Preparing, editing, translating letters, reports, memos Arranging travel arrangements Visiting governmental agencies and banks Negotiating with vendors and suppliers Providing quality service and efficiency in work
Knowledge in office administration Skills in team building, book keeping, effective verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic. Computer Skills, including the ability to operate computerized accounting, spreadsheet and word processing programs at a highly proficient level. Stress Management Skills. Personal Attributes to include maintaining strict confidentiality. The incumbent must also demonstrate to be honest and trustworthy, respectful, process cultural awareness and sensitivity, be flexible and demonstrate sound worth ethics. The Executive Secretary will spend long hours sitting and using office equipment and computers. They may also have to do light lifting of supplies and materials. The office timings will be 09:30 AM to 06:00 PM. The facility is busy and the secretary may have to manage multiple duties at a time and may be interrupted frequently to meet the needs and requests of of the management and employees. The environment would be busy, noisy and need excellent organizational, time and stress management skills to complete tasks.
