Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees.
- Deal with employee requests regarding human resources rules, issues, and regulations.
- Follow up on the social insurance process such as “Form 1” of the newly hired employees, “Form 6” for the resigned employees.
- Follow up on each employee’s annual leave, sick leave and send them reports containing remaining balances.
- Ensuring new hire paperwork is completed and processed; such as contracts, offer letters, insurance, or any other operational paperwork.
- Follow up on the renewal of the annual contracts in terms of sending the forms and the required signatures then put them in the employee’s file.
- Handling Medical Insurance Process.
- Prepare for social events or IT Events.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in law, business administration, or a related field.
- Good planning and organizational skills.
- Very good English, verbal / written communication.
- Excellent computer skills.
