**_AR Specialist
- Management Trainee

**_Responsibilities_**

**_ _**

**_Maintaining PD % per SLA and Connecting with end customer and other departments_**

**_ _**

**_Daily monitoring and management of items within the assigned portfolio to ensure timely review in accordance with the strategy established._**

**_ _**

**_Embarking, following up and collecting payments._**

**_ _**

**_Take ownership of assigned customer issues, drive and own them until a sustainable solution is implemented._**

**_ _**

**_Ability to manage through multiple systems and competing priorities_**

**_ _**

**_Ability to collaborate & negotiate with multiple stakeholders to resolve issues_**

**_ _**

**_Experience with Microsoft Suite to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook_**

**_ _**

**_Strong verbal and written communication skills_**

**_Reviewing the status of accounts and generating analysis on age._**

**_Ensuring compliance with the procedures of the company._**

**_Examining and solving customer queries and complaints._**

**_Processing adjustments of the accounts and company._**

**_Bachelor’s degree preferred in accounting, finance, or related field._**
