1. Communicate effectively all customers’ inquiries, complains, or sales on the telephone through following contact center procedures and quality standards. 2. Maintaining punctuality on working hours through complying to start time and break time. 3. Build a customer relationship/partnership through gaining customer trust. 4. Maintain high performance through accomplishing assigned targets and Quality guidelines on the due dates. 5. Filling CRM with accurate information through active listening and affirming client information. 6. Following Centro’s Rules and procedures written in the ‘Handbook’, positively adapting to the environment inside Centro’s premises, under the visionary umbrella of Centro Global Solutions. 7. Positively adapt to any business change implemented by Centro. 8. Show a comprehensive knowledge of products and services and their competitive advantages through continues self-improvement and following quality standards.
1. University degree 2. IT Skills: knowledge of Windows operating environment 3. Languages: Fluent command of Arabic and English (oral/written) 4. 18 - 35 years old. 5. Ability to work on National Holidays.
