Postdoc Researcher

Requisition ID: 26968- Job Location(s): Graasten, DKDanfoss is seeking a proficient PostDoc Researcher to join our team. You will work in an externally funded research collaboration project just started together with the University of Southern Denmark and Aalborg University on medium voltage converters for PtX plants.

**Responsibilities**:
If you are our new PostDoc Researcher, you will join our Technology and Innovation team of 5 dedicated colleagues in Danfoss Drives.

As part of the team your key responsibilities will, but are not limited to, the following.
- Power electronics topology and concept design and development for (SiC based) MV converters
- Contribution to the development of converter controls
- Development of system level communication
- Contribution to the construction/prototype build of converter solutions
- Contribution to evaluation and test of scaled converter solutions
- Dissemination of project results

**Background & Skills**:
As a person, you drive things forward on your own and you like to create results based on knowledge sharing and positive teamwork. As you will work in a highly interdisciplinary group, you must also bring collaboration, critical thinking, and planning skills, backed by excellent communication ability in written and spoken English.
- Power Electronics PhD with focus on HW design and converter control
- Experience with SiC components
- (If possible) experience with Medium Voltage converters
- Proficiency in simulation-based design
