- **Job Purpose**:
Responsible for a number of service operation activities Ensure that all day-to-day operational activities are carried out in a timely and reliable way Prevent incidents from happening, and minimize the impact of incidents that cannot be prevented

**Job Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for supervising the Infrastructure and operations teams to ensure the efficient operation of the company’s systems
- Set project plans and lead execution to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and scope
- Hire, plan and allocate resources to effectively staff and accomplish the work to meet departmental productivity and quality goals
- Responsible for system and infrastructure availability and develop a resilient infrastructure to reduce failures
- Oversee all data center operations at the head quarter and remote sites
- Manage telecommunications systems including voice data
- Manage the planning, design, installation and maintenance of networks
- Manage ERP system (SAP) and insure the system is up and running without errors
- Plan and execute system upgrades, migrations etc
- Handle complaints, escalations, etc, and consistently delivers high-quality services to our company
- Provide ITIL service disciplines, covering incident, problem and change management
- Identify opportunities to simplify IT service desk operations through continuous improvement initiatives
- Follow up IT budget
- Appraise performance of own direct reports
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned

**Job Skills and Abilities**:

- Fluent in English language
- Solid knowledge in MCSE, CCNA, Messaging & SQL Server
- Excellent SAP Basis hands on
- ITIL V2/V3 foundation certificate
- Experience in troubleshooting
- Ability to communicate effectively with teams and clients
- Delegate and allocate responsibilities efficiently to manage projects end to end
- Ability to identify strengths and weaknesses of team members and suitably make changes if required
- PMP certificate is an asset

**Qualifications**:

- BSc Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent discipline
- 18 - 21 years of experience
