Responsible for a portfolio of clients and prospects with accountability for retention of clients Will manage and develop client and WTW relationships and grow portfolio within the business unit.

Role
- Renew strategy meeting s to discuss modelling and analytics results, establish design & goals, and determine marketing strategy
- Request for renewal information sent to Client
- Renew terms deadline with insurers
- Present marketing summary, proposal comparisons, analysis and recommendations to the client
- Finalize program and obtain revised quotes from carriers
- Provide bind order to WTW
- Bind coverage and obtain confirmation from carriers
- Provide confirmation of coverage and Binders to the client
- Issue proof of insurance (COI and Auto ID Cards)
- Deliver Policies to WTW
- Review policy for errors and request corrections

**Requirements**:

- Preferably educated to degree level or relevant industry experience
- Proven track record of delivering high levels of client service
- Strong practical knowledge of account development and appropriate tools to achieve this aim
- Experienced knowledge of insurance markets in order to deal effectively with client and WTW needs
- Knowledge of WTW products and services
- Skilled at building effective relationships, at all levels, with clients, prospects, associates, insurers and external specialists
- Ability to represent the practice and WTW with integrity and credibility
- Strong communication, negotiation and influencing skills Experience of working with and adhering to processes and systems to support client service delivery
