Expediting & Follow up on order execution related issues OA receipt, Payment terms & delivery dates.
- Preparation of Letters of credit and tracking their issuance with banks.
- Reporting delivery & shipping status updates for all issued Purchase Orders
- Suppliers' invoices register and tracking their payments with Accounting Department
- Manage all communication with team members and ensure compliance to timeframe and quality
- Support the implementation of QHSE Management System as per standards( Quality management system ISO 9001: 2015, Environment management system ISO 14001: 2015, and Safety Management system ISO 45001: 2018) while performing his / her work.
- Committed to all occupational health and safety instructions and regulations according to Egyptian law, along with company policy towards occupational health and safety.
- Comply with applicable ethics and legislations referred to in Veolia's code of conduct policy, particularly in the fight against corruption and influence peddling.

**Qualifications**:

- Faculty of commerce English section (preferred)
- Commercial or Logistics background
- 1-2 years experience (fresh is accepted)
