The purpose of this role is to be interested in the full spectrum of design with a growing knowledge of where aesthetic look-and-feel overlaps with behavioral user experience. They are a key member of the creative department to realise the creative output and creative product.

Job Title:
Designer

**Job Description**:
- Creates final design assets such as social posts, online ads, etc.- Pitches creative ideas.- Conceptualizes visuals based on requirements.- Works with agency to produce final design.- Ensures final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand for client.- Guardian for the brand's visual brand identity, ensuring alignment and consistency in look and feel across all digital channels and assets and overall adherence to brand guidelines, updating and evolving where relevant.- Provides creative design solutions to support tactical and strategic internal and external campaigns.- Produces high quality MS and Adobe templates for internal and external communications.- Videography and editing, with support for key internal and external video series as well as overseeing other production partners.- Supports in the delivery of high-quality whitepapers and reports, as well as any digital content that lives on our website or is shared with stakeholders.-
- Produce brand marketing and support materials (images, rationales, mockups, posters, videos, presentations).- Designing pitches before submission and creative ideas for pitch theatre (digital and in person).- Design Bios and Creds across Dentsu, standardized slides for tools.- Commission local photography repertoire to be used to MENA.- Supporting with social media content.- Awards and case study material development.- Conceptualize and create ideas for the business development team, create imagery and supporting presentations.- Manage local photography and videography of our campaigns.
