**Your Winning Strategies**
- Previous coaching experience in a swimming academy or similar setting.
- Proficiency in IT skills relevant to coaching.
- Preferred additional coaching education in swimming.
- Preferred degree in a sports-related field.
- Eagerness to learn and grow within the KODE swimming philosophy and KODE Aquatics.
- Exemplify KODE values, including respect, discipline, teamwork, and a positive attitude.
- Ability to commit to full-time hours, including weekends and variable schedules.
