**Responsibilities**:
1) Business growth
**A. Financial growth**:
- % Revenue increase
- % Overall volume growth
- Increase foreign currency mix in revenue through % export sales growth to Total sales
- Expand the product portfolio by introducing new product lines.
**B. Increase market share**:
- Increase Market share by penetrating new international markets: through growth in e-commerce B2C sales and wholesale channels (B2B)
- Ensure R&D product development is in light with market expansion plan and follow global trends.
- Drive business growth strategically through a clear and well communicated marketing & sales strategy.
- Increase customer retention & loyalty
**C. Internal operations**:
- Internalize all outsourced production stages: develop and execute and production insourcing plan.
- Increase Compliance with law & Exports / International market regulations
- Enhance R&D and technical Capability
- Enrich database of suppliers of material & services, and enhance procurement function
2) Performance excellence
**A. Financial**:
- Maintain profitability & comply to yearly budget
- Control and minimize product COGS, reduce scrap and waste cost.
- Maintain healthy cash flow, and ensure efficient inventory controls are set to minimize cash conversion cycle.
**B. Internal operations**:
- Enhance customer experience and % customer satisfaction index
- Increase operations efficiency (%OTIFAQ) to meet sales plan.
- Optimize product quality system and reduce defect rates.
- Reduce scrap, production downtime & optimize production capacity.
**C. Enhance business visibility**:
- Establish efficient reporting system that allows for business visibility and strategic decision making.
**D. Learning & growth**:
- Improve people’s skills and adopt a progressive mindset of continuous improvement.
- Standardize process manuals to guide all functions and ensure compliance with SOP’s
- Optimize the utilization of SAP to allow for real time information visibility
- Implement HR infrastructure to increase employee retention.
