Prepare and maintain a variety of records and files related to Q.C activities and operations

Place non-conforming product on immediate hold and report quality issues to Managers for further decisions

Inspect, sample, and conduct routine and special laboratory testing on all kind of detergents samples with appropriate standard test methods.

Follow and maintain work instructions of the hazardous materials inside the Laboratory

Follow the calibration schedules for Laboratory equipments and Maintain the Laboratory equipments in good condition.

Check all equipments and instruments and ensure they are all calibrated prior to use

Supervise production process and ensure achievement of production plan

Implementation and maintain standard rules for procedures and specifications

Prepare chemical request and letter of inquiries for other chemicals, apparatus from approved suppliers as per requirement.

Prepare standard & buffer solutions with different concentration.

Any other task assigned by the management from time to time

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- WORKING AS A CHEMIST IN DETERGENT COMPANY: 3 years (required)
