**Job description**

This role is responsible for processing Export shipments for Freight Forwarding Team while coordinating with the Contracted shipping line, suppliers, Customers, and other parties involved in the process.

Employees will be responsible for achieving high accuracy through our operating systems to ensure high productivity and operational excellence in accordance with the requirements and/or procedures based on ARK B.L Ethics & Policies.

**Responsibilities**:

- Follow up on the shipment daily with Agents, Suppliers, Clients, and the clearance office.

Coordinating and revising documents from Suppliers/Customers
Doing the needful arrangements for shipments (Rates, booking, Issuing B/L’S Tracking, clearance)
Follow up on Cargo delivery files and shipping arrangements
Responsible for every shipment documentation preparation such as invoice, & packing list, according to the agreement that took place between the Sales department and the client
Coordinate the process of supply/demand forecasting, inventory management, and on-time delivery
Follow up on Cargo delivery files and shipping arrangements
Manage inspection when requested by Customer and with all legalized documents.
Inform customer service team and sales account delivery status of orders.
In case of a complaint related to logistics to provide updates with root causes or mitigation steps to avoid the recurrence of such a complaint
Verify the service providers invoices for account payable-month end closing
Build a strong working relationship with cross-functional team members
Collect an overview of vessel dates for some fixed destinations to meet the customer-requested date.
Ensures the highest level of data quality and integrity by processing shipments accurately.
Ensures KPIs are met at all times.
Other duties as assigned by management or Supervisor.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Transportation, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred.

(Or an equivalent combination of work and education. / equivalent combination of work experience)
A minimum experience of 2 years of industry experience is preferred.
Knowledgeable in Microsoft
Combined excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong ability to analyze situations and make good decisions based on available information.
Ability to adapt quickly to changing policies and procedures.
Can work under pressure.

**Salary**: E£4,500.00 - E£6,500.00 per month
