**Overview of the role**

Responsible for managing the purchasing of materials, equipment, and services on behalf of their organization. They commonly work with vendors to negotiate prices and terms of sale, monitor inventory levels, and ensure that products meet quality standards.

**What you will do**
- Process, code, manage approval, and present vendor invoices for payment.
- Identify, troubleshoot, & correct bill discrepancies.
- Reconcile receipts of Received services and related items to approved POs and vendor invoices.
- Work closely with key vendors and all employees with respectful, accurate, and timely follow-up.
- Continuous optimization of the team’s workflow, efficiency, accuracy, and communication.
- Maintain files including paid/unpaid invoices, permanent vendor files, POs, and receiving documents.

**About the Team**

The administration team is a group of highly motivated, collaborative, and fun professionals across Egypt, looking for a member to add to the department.

**What equips you for the role**
- Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain management, or a related field.
- 1 - 3 years of professional experience in procurement or a similar role.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills.
