This position requires an ability to understand business processes, extract the wastes and translate them into improvements ideas that will allow the organization to achieve its goals.

- Strong analytical skills to interpret customer needs and translate into process/people/system requirements for improvement
- Capability to gather complex concepts in a simple way
- Manage requirements gathering process by collecting inputs and guide the team on identifying the areas of improvements
- Make sure to manage the customer insights in regards to improvements.
- Strong planning and organizational skills, ability to plan and prioritize work schedule and work within agreed timescales.
- Strong communications skills (written and verbal) - need to communicate at all levels within the business and external service providers / business partners.

**Core competencies, knowledge and experience**:

- Educated to degree level (or equivalent).
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in process improvements or alike functions.
- IT experience in the Telecommunications sector.
- Agile practitioner experience; trained and qualified
- Lean Six Sigma Green belt.
- Outstanding stakeholder management in geo-disperse and multi-cultural teams
- Certified Product ownership, PO mentality; understanding how to pave the road for a backlog
- Certified Design thinking.
