We are seeking to hire a **Solution Cloud Engineer** in Modern Workplace. You must demonstrate strong hands-on and relevant working experience and skills at one or more of the following core competencies: Microsoft Modern Workplace solutions around Modernized Endpoint, Zero-Trust Security model, Teamwork, Messaging, and a plus for Cloud Adoption Framework (CAF).

**Delivery (post-sales)**:

- Hands-on experience in multiple on-Prem/online Microsoft implementation projects and contributed directly to customers in 1 or 2 projects.
- Understand, collect, propose, and communicate requirements to all solution stakeholders (internal and external).
- Planning, designing, automating, orchestrating, and implementing the entire/partial stack of Microsoft Modern Work solutions.
- Develop the right strategy for customers’ internal IT Transformation as a cloud advisory and join in the execution to ensure that the planned goals are achieved.
- Assist in building or contributing to implementation and migration documentation including high-level design, low-level design, build guides and admin guides.

**Presales assistance as needed**:

- Conduct POCs to demo new ideas and help solidify technical solution direction.
- Assist Solution Architects in creating Statements of Work as Cloud and on-premise as needed.
- Lead/Participate in “As-is / To-be” consulting workshops with customers to support strategic opportunities as needed.
- Collaborate with Sales, Solution Architects, and other technical domain SMEs on our most strategic pursuits to generate proposals and SOWs.

**Required Skills/Experience**:
**What we are looking for**
- 5+ years of IT Consultancy/Technical working experience, 3+ years of them in Modern Work Solutions and Cloud experience.
- Expert-level experience with Active Directory, Azure AD, as well as federation services (ADFS, SAML, Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor authentication (MFA), and other related Identify and Access Management (IAM) technologies.
- Expert-level experience in Microsoft Windows Server 2012/2016/2019 migrations, Microsoft Windows clustering technologies, Group Policy, and DFS file systems.
- This person must be experienced in O365 administration, Teams, DNS, DHCP, Conditional Access Policies, EOL and other critical on-prem and cloud interfaces and possess the acumen necessary to transform business challenges into business opportunities.
- Expert-level experience with Microsoft Exchange Online migration projects from different messaging environments like Exchange on-prem, G-Mail, Lotus Notes, IMAP, etc.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Intune and Autopilot projects with required Security benchmark consultations and implementations.
- Good knowledge of Virtualization workload migrations projects and tools for (P2V, V2V and X2C).
- Good knowledge and hands-on with Microsoft Virtual Desktop and Hyper-V / Citrix, VMware is a plus.
- Microsoft Expert M365 Enterprise Administrator certification is a plus.
- Microsoft Azure or AWS or Google Cloud-related certification is a plus.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.

- Develop and maintain solutions with a cadence driven by optimizing time-to-value realization for the business through incremental deployment.
