**About the Role**

Instabug is seeking a Finance Lead to join our Finance team in our Cairo, EG. This is an opportunity to help to build a financial foundation for a growing private SaaS company. This is a highly visible and challenging role responsible for driving the assessment, preparation and presentation of key strategic financial analysis used for company decisions. This position will report to Instabug’s CFO (based in the US), so the ability to work independently in an efficient manner is essential. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
**Responsibilities**:

- Partner with the organizational leaders across the business to drive operational efficiency, supporting the teams with financial metrics and analysis
- Drive analysis and reporting, highlighting key insights and recommended actions (levers for improvement and efficiency)
- Assist in the monthly accounting close operations, including account reconciliations and creating repeatable schedules
- Assist in developing and executing monthly & quarterly cadences including actual reporting, forecasting and planning
- Initiate and drive process improvement, seeking out areas for refinement
- Perform periodic peer and competitive benchmarking analysis Assist in developing presentations for executive level audiences

**Job Requirements**:
This role requires a strong understanding of financial disciplines, good business acumen, and the ability to communicate effectively. A bachelor’s degree with an emphasis on business or accounting is required. A CPA (or MBA or equivalent) is preferred with at least 5+ years of demonstrated growth progression. Other requirements include the following**:
- Strong Team Player, excellent business partnering skills, positive attitude and good work ethic
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to think creatively, are highly driven and self-motivated
- Advanced proficiency in Excel modeling and Powerpoint (or G-Slides)
- Demonstrated SaaS experience is preferred
- Ability to perform in a high demand, dynamic environment and manage to established deadlines
- Attention to detail with an action-oriented mindset
- Experience with P&L analysis and an understanding of GAAP accounting and finance concepts
