**Cashier Alexandria**

**Position purpose**:
In this position, you will receive the daily sales cash collections from all sales representatives in Alexandria, and you will be responsible for all the supporting functions related to the collection, cash count, and documentation.

**What will you do - responsibilities**:

- Delivering the daily sales collection to the security cash transaction service company
- Receiving and depositing Key account checks in the company bank account
- Proceeding a daily cash count for sales collection safe and sending the cash balance to the AR and accounting manager
- Receiving daily cash expenses claims and ensuring compliance with the company-authorized signatures
- Arrange a weekly documents settlement to replenish the petty cash safe custody
- Arrange monthly physical count for petty cash safe and sales collection safe, and provide a statement of all outstanding expense claims for the accounting team

**Who are we looking for - requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
- 2+ years experience as a Cashier in FMCG companies
- English: Good (Reading - Writing)
- Computer: Proficiency (office suite)
- Good Communication skills (verbal & written)
- Good analytical skills (including JTI system e.g. TME)
