SOC Operator

Are you passionate about security and eager to play a crucial role in safeguarding our data centers? Join our SOC team as a SOC operator and make a significant impact on our facility's safety and security.

In this dynamic role, you will be at the forefront of our security operations, continuously monitoring CCTV, alarms, and other security systems to detect and respond to incidents in real-time. Your expertise will be essential in providing both onsite and remote security, managing access control, and overseeing visitor entry both in person and remotely.

Collaboration is key, and you will work closely with the SOC team, SOC team leader, and site managers to communicate security status and address incidents effectively. Additionally, you will ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures, contribute to updating security guidelines, and provide training as needed.

We are looking for individuals with strong technical skills, the ability to work independently, and a keen sense of alertness. Reliability and excellent communication skills in English are a must, along with experience in monitoring systems and a background in security roles being highly desirable.
