Female Resturant Manager

**Responsibilities**:
- **Operational Excellence**:
- Supervise and coordinate all aspects of the restaurant's daily operations.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed.
- **Guest Relations**:
- Provide outstanding customer service and ensure guest satisfaction.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve any issues promptly to maintain a positive dining experience.
- Train and motivate staff to deliver exceptional service.
- **Staff Management**:
- Recruit, train, and supervise restaurant staff, ensuring they adhere to service standards.
- Create and maintain a positive working environment, fostering teamwork and cooperation.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
- **Financial Management**:
- Monitor and control operational costs to achieve budgetary targets.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, identifying areas for improvement.
- Implement effective cost control measures without compromising service quality.
- **Menu and Culinary Knowledge**:
- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and update menu offerings.
- Stay informed about food and beverage trends, ensuring the menu remains competitive and appealing.
- Train staff on menu items, specials, and wine pairings.
- **Event Management**:
- Plan and execute special events, promotions, and private functions.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless event execution.
- Maximize revenue opportunities during events.
- **Communication**:
- Maintain open and effective communication channels with both staff and management.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive and integrated guest experience.
**Salary**: E£50,000.00 - E£55,000.00 per month
