**Responsibilities**
- The PTW Coordinator will perform the following tasks:

- To check methods of statement against safety rule and regulation
- To execute possession access policies, standards and procedures.

More specifically, the PTW Coordinator Will:

- To realize Person in Charge (PIC)Training
- Ensure compliance of safety and quality standards/requirements set by the Company and continuous improvement of ALSTOM standards.
- Ensure all environmental rules are respected and alert Temporary operation manager of any safety and environmental issues.
- Develop Monthly work permit Reporting / Statistics.
- Attend and take minutes at weekly WP meetings.
- Anomaly log and severity level shall be clear and accurate reported to TO manager
- The PTW Coordinator will perform his duty according to the instructions provided by the TOM manager

**Responsibilities**
- Respect of Alstom organization, rule and regulation.
- Respect of HSE rules and regulations
- Update PIC/Applicants name list on a weekly basis and ensure that all relevant information is updated at all times.
- Keep the list of trained PIC of different companies

**Desired Knowledge / Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics or Communication or Electrical Engineering
- 2 Years’ Experience in similar role in railway project is a preference title.
- Aware of the electrical risks and able to ensure the safety of not electrical minded persons working in an electrical environment.
- Fluent in the English and Arabic languages.
- Management skills.
- Balanced and know how to manage stress.
