Scrum Master

We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to join our team. As a Scrum Master, you will facilitate the Agile development process, ensuring effective collaboration, communication, and delivery of high-quality software solutions. You will guide the development team, remove obstacles, and promote continuous improvement to maximize the team's productivity and success.

**Job responsibilities**:

- Facilitate and lead Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Coach and mentor the development team on Agile principles, values, and practices.
- Ensure that the development team follows Scrum guidelines and adheres to Agile best practices.
- Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to prioritize and refine the product backlog.
- Identify and remove impediments that hinder the team's progress and success.
- Monitor and report on project progress, velocity, and team performance metrics.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging the team to identify and implement process enhancements.
- Promote effective communication and collaboration between team members and stakeholders.
- Provide guidance and support to the team in resolving conflicts and making decisions.

**Job Requirements**:
**Must-Have**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5 years’ experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach, preferably in software development.
- Knowledge of DevOps principles and practices.
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and Agile frameworks.
- Excellent understanding of software development processes and practices.
- Strong leadership and facilitation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

**Nice-To-Have**
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar Agile certifications.
- Experience with scaling Agile frameworks (e.g., SAFe, LeSS).
- Experience in a technical role (e.g., software development, quality assurance)
