Temenos Infinity Architect

**Project** Description**:
This project is related to implementation of Temenos R23 core and digital banking system to streamline and enhance banking operations of an European client.
The engagement includes analyzing the client's requirements, configuring and customizing the Temenos platform to meet their specific needs, and integrating it with existing systems.
The engagement will run for almost an year after which the consultant would be engaged in the next phases of implementation or on other projects run by the Temenos practice.

**Responsibilities**:

- Designing, architecting, and overseeing the development of solutions on the Temenos Kony/Infinity platform.
- Collaborating with business stakeholders to understand requirements and define technical solutions that align with business goals.
- Creating architectural blueprints, system diagrams, and documentation to guide development teams.
- Ensuring that the solution meets the scalability, security, performance, and usability requirements.
- Evaluating and selecting appropriate tools, technologies, and frameworks to enhance the platform capabilities.
- Conducting code reviews and providing technical guidance to development teams.
- Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues and challenges during the development and deployment phases.
- Staying up to date with industry trends, best practices, and advancements in the Temenos Kony/Infinity platform.
- Mentoring and coaching junior developers on the platform and providing technical leadership.

**Skills**:
Must have
- 15+ years of experience overall
- 10+ years of experience on the Temenos Kony / Infinity platform
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in software development, architecture, and design, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
- Strong proficiency in the Temenos Kony/Infinity platform and its associated technologies.
- Familiarity with low-code development methodologies and best practices.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, Java, or Swift.
- Experience with cloud platforms, such as AWS or Azure, and microservices architecture is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
