**Experience**:

- Barista: 2 years (preferred)

**Salary**: AED3,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
Job Qualification
- Age; between 25 to 35
- Education; minimum of Highschool degree, from hospitality school is a plus
- Desired Nationality; Any
- Experience in hospitality, or specialty coffee; minimum of 2 years
- Experience in UAE or GCC; minimum of 2 years
- Languages; English is a must
- Familiar of POS systems, similar to OMEGA or Micros
- Strong understanding of business management and accounting principles.
- Excellent computer, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to diffuse tense situations and resolve conflicts.
- Willingness to work during peak hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Effectively delegate responsibilities and maximize resources.
- Have a minimum knowledge about cost control and recipes
- Ability to walk, stand, and occasionally carry heavy items in a fast-paced, stressful environment.
