- **About the Role**_
The Branch Coordinator will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and effective operation of all non-educational aspects of the branch. The position requires strong planning and excellent communication skills to manage diverse responsibilities and to collaborate within the branch and with the KOMPASS Headquarters. The Branch Coordinator must uphold high standards of integrity and reliability, representing Kompass with professionalism, internally and with local stakeholders like service providers and vendors.
- **Major Responsibilities**_
- **Purchasing**: Inventory Management and Accounting
- **Transportation**:Coordinate safe transportation services for students and staff
- **Maintenance and Safety**:Oversee maintenance and repair activities
- **Accommodation**: Resolve accommodation issues promptly and effectively.
- **Administrative Support**: Coordinate document logistics between the branch and the head quarter.
- **Event Organization**: Contribute to the planning, scheduling of events and ensure are executed smoothly and successfully.
- **Coordinate Support Team Management**:Lead, mentor, and develop the operations team
- **Catering & Housekeeping**:Manage catering services to ensure quality standards within the budget.
- **Person Specification**_
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Facilities Management or a related field.
- Proven experience in operations management, with experience in facilities management, maintenance, purchasing and inventory control.
- Experience in managing purchasing processes, working with suppliers, tracking inventory levels, and monitoring expenses. Experience in ensuring efficient procurement aligned with organizational needs and financial policies.
- Experience in planning and coordinating events, managing logistics, identifying resource gaps, and ensuring smooth execution of plans.
- Strong problem-solving, Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- **Working Hours**_
From Sundays to Thursdays, 8 am to 4 pm.
